Comfort......a ways out of interest areas
The hotel is great and the swimming pool helps during summer months. You must be patient with the staff, helpful but very local. Nearest train station to city center is a ways out, but if you have a car it’s perfect since the hotel is in the city’s outskirts

Very good hotel to go with kids!
It was very good, the only thing I can complain is that the AC was not working, but they said it was because of the season that it was fall, but still outside was 24 celsius. They have a bus stop close, so it is a good for going to downtown Madrid. The hotel is outside of Madrid, just 15 minutes in the bus. Love the buffet breakfast.

Excellent hotel if one has their own car
The hotel does not have shuttle service to the airport and is a ten minute walk from the closest public transportation, several city bus line routes. An easy to find hotel if one has their own car.
Traveler's tip
The Madrid tour offered on line upon making the reservation for the hotel is not a good way to go. The tour starts from center city, a fifteen minute city bus ride and then a twenty minute sub way ride to center city followed by a ten minute walk to the tour company’s bus terminal. Better to deal directly with the hotel for their bus tour arrangements which have pick-ups right at the hotel.
