Not Impressed
My trip to Scottsbluff was for a family funeral in November. We chose this hotel due to the price since we knew we wouldn’t be in the hotel much and we just needed a place to shower and sleep. The beds were horrible, heater didn’t work, almost everytime we left the room we had to have our key cards rekeyed...and the front desk staff either was not customer service groomed or couldn’t be found. I would not return nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.
