Mixed Feelings
Pro’s: Close to the Beach Close to Pacific Beach Area’s (Food and such) Clean Free Parking Helpful Staff Things They can Improve: Internet. Dial-Up is misleading. They just provide a phone line. It is NOT Free. So basically no Internet. Soda/Snack Machine. To expensive. My gf wasn’t feeling to well and I had to get stuff from it and it wasn’t really appreciated. Pool. Wasn’t to heated when I was there. Bad: Rooms were Noisy. Some people had doors right in front of where they park (Garage) Lights in Room Beep and are Annoying. Walls were thin. Housekeeping did not understand "No" Overall I would say this is a Very Basic Hotel. If you just want a Beach and a place to crash and are a heavy sleeper. Go for it. But that’s it.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Internet: There is a Free WiFi Spot if you walk 2 blocks to the north (Right leaving the place). When you see Emerald Street there is a Cafe down that road towards the beach.

Very satisfied.
If you are looking to stay in the beaches area of San Diego then this hotel is perfect. Beach is just 1/2 block away. Restaurants and grocery stores are within several blocks. Easy access to I-5 to reach Sea World, Balboa Park, & Old Mission Town. Would stay there again.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The Mission Beach area is great for families & those not wanting to spend a lot of money. Hotel has kitchenette, grocery stores close by, & restaurants not high priced.
