Friendly staff.
The hotel is a little out of the way, but it has a beautiful view of the hills. Rooms were very basic, but they appeared to be clean. The hotel has a new wireless Internet connection, but it was only available at the restaurant. I could not access it from my room. The food at the restaurant was quite average. The staff really make the difference here. They were very friendly and helpful.
