Terrific deal
The price I got on Expedia was a real bargain (made even better when the dollar sank against the euro after I’d already paid). The hotel itself isn’t spectacular (but it was fine), but was a terrific deal at the Expedia price. The breakfast buffet was very nice, but also very expensive - I didn’t see by way of other options in the neighborhood, which is mostly residential with only a few shops along the main street.

great location
Hotel was in a great location. Close to public transporation. Hotel was beautiful. It was our favorite hotel of our whole European vacation. Only complaint is the air conditioning didn’t work very well.
