Cant Wait To Go Back
This was our second time to the Royal. It was just as perfect this time as the last. We were greeted with champagne upon our arrival. The online check-in is a great feature. You can pick your room 48 hours before arrival. We had beautiful towel art everynight. There is 24 hour room service and the food was amazing. Another nice feature at this all-inclusive is there are 5 restaurants, and you only need reservations for 1 of them. Most all-inclusives you need reservations at all restaurants except fot the buffet. The beach is a nice swimming beach with sandy bottom and warm water. The pool is awesome too.... The location is the best...2 minutes walking to the famous 5th Avenue. The service is amazing. The people that work here are so helpful and gracious. Thank-you staff at the Royal for a wonderful trip to the Royal in Playa Del Carmen

Excellent courteous staff.
The gym was nice. In particular i like the spa and massage services.

Beautiful Hotel, Food: eh
Although we loved this hotel, the food was not good. We enjoyed breakfast, but everything else seemed to be undercooked. The pool was wonderful, more than enough chairs and floats. The beach was incredible. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful vacation, Francisco, Jaime, Oscar, Denys, Rubi, Sandra, etc.
