Dated Hotel
Check-in was slow as they struggled with the Expedia booking, but the clerk was very friendly, pointing out local attractions while we waited for the hotel to identify a room. The hotel was not in very good condition, was dated and had no window openings for fresh air and stale HVAC. No window in the room, window viewed the closed in atrium and felt very confined. Pillow cases and sheets had rips and stains. Bathroom not very clean. Centrally located to most attractions.

Pleasantly surprised
This was a very pleasant surprise for me as we picked this hotel since it was near my daughter’s apartment in Cork while she was there studying. The hotel was clean and its staff was very, very helpful. I would certainly recommend it to anyone staying in Cork, IE.
Traveler's tip on dining
the Kudos restaurant located in the hotel is excellent and provides mainly Asian food. The breakfast restaurant, however, is overpriced and was the least favorite of all of our meals in Ireland. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

Best in the heart of Cork
It was a pleasure to come back to the Hotel after a day of traveling, the amenities, the friendly service all added to a enjoyable trip.
