Mixed bag!!
Room was nice size, and very clean. I was upgraded to oceanfront, and the view was amazing. On the down side the tv remote didn’t work, the pots and pans were rusty, and the room safe was broken and never repaired in spite of their promising to do so. But in spite of the minor annoyances, I would recommend the hotel.

getaway
We just wanted to get away and spend some time on the beach reading and playing cribbage and this is perfect for this hotel Its older, run down, changed rooms three times before we found one that was suitable. We requested a king size bed, and got 2 doubles. The tub in the first room had , what looked like, plaster patching in it and under the mat was shreds of ?? paper or cardboard that was never cleaned The indoor pool was cloudy, the outdoor pool was very clear but not cleaned the whole time we were there-- has cigarette butts and debris floating in it. The manager was very good about changing our rooms. The day maid staff never really cleaned our rooms, nor made the beds, only replaced soap and emptied the waste can. The room faced the ocean with a wonderful view, and had a balcony. It was basic, and we did not need anything fancy. Fit the price we paid.
If you want quiet, go in the late fall stay away from the vacation resort swindlers on the beach

It is what it is
It’s what basically you pay for. Nothing special, but nothing terrible either. If you spend most of your time on the beach anyways, it shouldn’t matter if all you’re doing is sleeping/showering there. Decent, comfortable room, nice bed. Shower was not bad; smaller bathroom. Wish they had some kinda breakfast. Story: De-magnetized my hotel key with my wallet and asked the woman at the desk for another: she didn’t ask for ID or my name...nothing...I just said, room ### and I got a key.
