Not Impressed
Hotel is rundown, needs serious updating. The air conditioner in our room leaked and did not work properly. We were moved to another room and the same thing happened again! The rooms smell musty and there was mold all over the front of the chest of drawers. We will be staying elsewhere the next time we visit Busch Gardens.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I would not stay here if it were the last hotel in the world! The receptionist was very rude and cold and unwelcoming. She needs to go to a hospitality class. There was a very old smell when we 1st arrived, sort of like an old unfinished basement. Our room innitially was ok but our bathroom had a dirty shower curtain which, after complaining about it, was replaced. While taking a shower, the water would go out EXTREMELY slow. Our rooms were not cleaned everyday, our beds were halfway made up and our trash was only emptied once during our entire weeks’ stay. I made coffee on the 1st day and no coffe was replaced. I WOULD NOT reccommend this hotel for my enemy!!!

Worst Hotel ever
This has been the worst hotel we ever stayed at. The room was very musty smelling. There were spiderwebs over all the lampshades. We found two spiders in bed. The ice machine in the hallway was not working. When we went out to dinner we had trouble getting the key to open up the door again. In the bathroom the faucet on the sink just about came out of the sink. When we went to take a shower there was only cold water. I will never stay here again and I would advise others to go somewhere else.
