futuristic
One-of-a-kind hotel --- futuristic design with updated rooms --- all suites surrounding courtyards; one with a giant pool and nice little exercise room. Beautiful landscaping, great sound insutlation, big rooms with kitchenette, and big flat-screen tv in the living room. Resort envoronment. I stay here on every trip to phoenix. Also, plenty of parking, airport shuttle, and walking distance to a light rail stop. Great hidden gem.

Smelled like Blue Porta Potty deodorizer liquid!
This "hotel" was fine. Our room was disgusting! It smelled like the blue deodorizer that is put into porta potties. It was very strong! The next morning my throat hurt. After I got home my clothes still smelled like blue death. It was so awful! I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they were sorry. Wooptido! I will NEVER EVER EVER stay int his hotel again. The area was sketchy too. Just a bad experience!
