Not impressed
Having stayed in the Beausoleil neighborhood on previous trips to monaco, I was aware that the hotel was not central so this was not a problem. However, when I arrived the room I was assigned to smelled of thick cigarette smoke [despite the fact that the hotel is ’non-smoking’]; when I asked to change rooms the concierge obliged but with a slight grimace. Beyond that, my key card never worked; I had to go down to the front desk 3 separate times to have it reset, and even when it did work that was after swiping it through the lock several times and crossing my fingers. The free wireless internet had a strong signal but the network dropped intermittently; I would not recommend this hotel and especially would not recommend for business travelers.
