The Best in the Twin Cities
As I told the staff, this was the best hotel experience I have ever had anywhere. I travel all over the country for business and pleasure. I will not stay anywhere else in the Twin Cities when I visit there again. The staff’s friendliness and attention "totally caught me off guard". They welcome you back whenever you are coming back to your room and the desk person always looks up when anybody walks by. The cookies were there every night. Some hotels serve them once and then you don’t see them again. I am a customer service trainer and this hotel rated clear off my chart.

Clean, comfortable, affordable
The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was pleasant without any hassles.

Nice hotel good value
This is a fairly new hotel and is very nice. The pool area is very nice. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is not complementary but kids eat free. Rooms are a nice size and have a very nice size refridgerator in them and a microwave. Very pleasant staff.
