Good hotel with bad service
The hotel is in very good condition. In fact, I would say it is one of the best in Hurghada. However, the office/front desk staff are nuts. The do a very bad service.

OK for families - not for relaxing
The hotel is OK for families with kids, however if you do not have children and do not like alot of noise from music being blared at you while you are trying to relax on the beach or by the pool, this place is not for you. Strangely the best restaurant there is used as a kids disco until around 9:00pm, so if you like to eat earlier than that, you have to go elsewhere or eat to the sound of kids playing musical chairs. But, after the kids go, the food and entertainment are good. The rooms are spacious and clean, there is a nice pub bar - but the buffet restaurant for breakfast is a disaster... after one table leaves they just reset the table often without cleaning the table, and certainly without using new clean placemats - all dirty from prior use with everyone elses breakfast stains on it. Not what you would expect from a 5 star establishement - but this is Egypt.

For Citizens of the USA
This hotel was very clean, etc., however, we did not find one other person from the USA there. The Red Sea is not any more beautiful than the Caribbean Sea, and the Caribbean is a lot closer!
