Be aware
I have stayed at this hotel now twice in a two month period. The first time was during some very hot days in August. At that time the staff informed me once I had checked in that the air conditioning was not working. As a result, I spent a terrible night at this hotel. But it is well located and so I tried again in October figuring the repairs had been done. No mention on the website of any problem so I was amazed that there was still no A/C. I find this to be unacceptable and I would urge travelers to not stay here or find out explicitly what the condition of their HVAC is before making a reservation

great location and value
the hotel had everything i needed. excellent downtown location, very reasonable price. convenient proximity to train station. friendly staff. clean and comfortable. would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, great hotel!!
I was there only for a night and I was impressed about the hotel. It is really nice, clean and the room had two floors. It is a little uncomfortable to take your luggage up to the second level, but other than that, the place is great and I absolutely recommend this hotel!!
