Average Hotel
The apartment was situated in a great place of Dublin. It was not out of the way from the attractions. The apartment Sunday through Thursday is great, though when the weekend comes, you will not get any sleep. The parties that were thrown while I was there unbelievable. Though come Sunday night all was well. Prior to going, call the business so you can get the pin to enter the apartments. If not you will have to go to another location to get the pin.
Overall I was happy with the apartments, Sunday through Thursday. But if I knew about the weekends, I would have looked elsewhere.

No service
With no front desk to call there is very little you can do about the many amenities that are promised but dont work. The hot water heater was broken, the washing machine didnt work, no wi-fi and parking spaces that cost 10Euros a night and are 10 blocks away that we never would have found had it not been for some other guests helping us out.

comfortable and convenient
three of us chose this place for our dublin lodging because it was affordable, and we were all perfectly satisfied. the bedrooms were tiny, but the living area and kitchen were great. we had no water pressure issues or temperature problems at all. the place was clean and in a decent location (although it gets noisy if you have windows open, as high street is a major road). you just have to read intructions and call to check in before arrival, since no one really works the front desk. when you call, they give you a code to punch in for front-door entry, plus another code to get your room key out of a small lockbox. it all worked without a hassle, and i liked the way we would leave our keys in the lockbox every time we went out, so that nobody ran the risk of losing them while carrying them around. towels arent replaced regularly in the rooms, but the service staff tends to leave carts out in the hallways and we just helped ourselves to fresh towels when needed. i would have no problem staying here again.
