Does not cater to the holiday traveler
Concierge staff not very knowledgeble. I stay in Sheraton group hotels frequently and really was not happy with this hotel. The staff could not direct us to where we wanted to go and did not have suggestions on what we could do. It seems to be mainly a business hotel and does not cater to those on holidays much.

Not Impressed with the over booking game
Upon arriving at the airport, I called the hotel for a shuttle and they said they booked me at one of their other locations miles away from where I wanted to stay because they over booked and had no more rooms. After complaining for 30 minutes, they finally gave me an executive room. I have no patience for these types of games and tricks used by hotels. We chose to stay in that hotel because of the location and it annoys me when the hotels try to move you for poor planning and operations.

4 points Dubai
The hotel is not in the most prestigious area in town. In fact a parade of Asian hookers was in front of the hotel when I arrived. With that said I would not bring my family to this place. Also I found it to be further from the airport(DXB)than advertised. It took almost 20 min from the airport to the hotel by taxi. However if you are a business traveler the hotel is inexpensive, clean, and the service is very good.
