Great night’s sleep
The hotel was extremely clean and the staff very pleasant. The beds were extremely comfortable and even though there were guests across the hall and on either side, the room stayed exceptionally quiet. Great breakfast buffet. I would definitely book at this hotel again.

Very impressed
I liked the layout of the room, especially the work area. The bed was comfortable and I found the room to be very relaxing. Overall, it was a very satisfactory room.

1st night terrible, 2nd great
Upon check in at 1am (as expected and warned),only 1 of 2 prepaid rooms were available. The 1 room ended up being smaller than paid for and smoking which was masked with a perfume that was so strong I actually got sick. After much crying for an hour by my daughter-in-law a 2nd room mysteriously appeared for her. I did happen to notice that there were still 3 other people who had not checked in yet. I wonder if they had available rooms for them. All of the employees knew who we were and were kind and apologetic the next morning.The 2nd night everything was corrected and all was wonderful. Expedia gave a 100% refund. I was told that a major renovation of the entire hotel was about to begin the following week. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the gym was nice. Breakfast was impressive. The biscuits and gravy and bacon with OJ and coffee was really good. Don’t be late though, because it takes a while to refill the bar. After 7am, it is hit and miss. After being warned we were not going to be there until 1am and they STILL gave our prepaid rooms away was more than I would be willing to try again. There were plenty of other hotels I could had chosen from for less money and probably not as much aggravation. Kind of made the next day miserable as we had to be up early and were all tired and cranky. Expedia was worth it though, because the hotel wouldn’t had given a 100% refund. Satisfaction guaranteed is exactly what they mean!
