Room not the same as reserved
Woman at the front desk checking us in was incredibly cold. The room we received was not what we reserved. The rooms require a hotel key to turn on the lights and air conditioning. This is fine if anyone would have explained how this works. Walking around a dark room patting the walls isn’t the solution. They refused to move us to the reserved room even though the hotel was nearly empty. Definitely would not go back.

courteous, helpful staff. good wifi connection. a bit of a walk from most attractions, but near to the bus station. very good restaurant. highly reccommend
Traveler's tip on local attractions
the guggenhiem is perhaps a twenty minute walk away and old town a little more than that. i enjoy walking, so this was no big concern for me.

Best hotel chain in Spain
This is a very modern hotel with a full line of services. The best thing about it was the friendly service for people who do not speak Spanish.
