Doesn’t worth the money I paid
Rooms were not renewed for ages, carpets’ smell badly in most rooms, baths are too old and sometimes tiles are broken, shower cabin is too small, so if are over 75kg do not expect to get yourself in it. Lift is so tiny and it didnt take the baby push chair, we had to leave it in the reception all the time. Reception staff were not helpful, when i just checked in, the room’s TV were not working, I then clalled the reception twice, every time I was told that someone is coming to see it, but no body came. When i walked up in the morining I wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water, I again called the reception who asked me to change the room then. A friend of mine also told me that hot water were not avilable in his room most of the time !! Overall, if you are only after a good location in bologna this hotel is ok, but dont expect to find a 4 star hotel, it does not worth more than 2 star by all means.

Old and musty, location questionable
Old hotel that needs upkeep, staff were not very helpful nor friendly. Location has quite a few characters hanging around that look like they could be a problem.
