Quiet, luxury hotel near a beautiful village
If you have the proper directions, the hotel is only about 20 minutes from the Nice airport. It’s tucked away from all the noise of the beach area but just 5 minutes from this beautiful, old french village called St Paul de Vence. If you’re adventurous, rent a car and visit downtown Nice, Monte Carlo, Antibes, Cannes, Eze village. Don’t count on great directions from the locals. Believe it or not the signs will take you where you want to go. There are toll roads so have some coins ready. My only complaint about the hotel is the hard bed.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Renting a car is the best way to see a lot in a short amount of time. Be sure to choose either automatic or shift when booking the car ahead of time. You won’t get first choice once you’re at the rental counter. Don’t let them scare you into the extra insurance either!!!!
