Fancy, elegant and expensive
The hotel is really very nice great place for a short escape and provide a great value of your money. however the outlets such as restaurants and bars or lounges are extremely expensive i do not advise anyone to eat in. rooms are very nice and well maintained but not very comfortable specially with kids screaming all times. in general the place is good but very cold... no life... boring a bit unless you only looking for a very quite time.

It is a dream hotel !
The best service and comfort I ever enjoyed during any of my leisure or business trips. Welcome fruites, chocolates, flowers, fresh juice, rose petals on the bed and night towels. I recomend this expericence (I can’t call it a simple stay in a hotel!)You stay in a huge hotel (1 km from one wing of the building to another), but you feel at home, sorrounded by the beauty of the sumptuous architecture and lavish gardens.

a real palace
generally it was a very nice hotel. A few things that i would expect to be better : 1. quality of the fruits served, 2. quality of room service (a few times they forgot some items we ordered), 3. info about hotel facilities within the room (there was almost no info about restaurants,etc..)
