Nice hotel -- close to downtown!!
Very nice stay. Daytime staff was polite and very helpful. Hotel is close to downtown, and Lookout Mountain.

not impressed
The hotel staff were extremely rude, not friendly nor helpful. We found some things in our room that were not cleaned up and was very nasty.

Would be willing to stay there again due to the convenient location.
Hotel room was clean and very confortable. The location was very convenient, that is on the Cummings Highway (U.S. 41) and near interstate. This made it convenient to tourist attractions. The room needed some minor maintenance, such as light bulbs not working.

The hotel is on the Cummings Highway, which leads to the mountain road entrances to Lookout Mountain and the Incline.
