close to everything
clean but small room. Nice that there was a microwave and fridge and super fast free internet. Front desk was extremely cheerful and helpful

Good Hotel Sketchy Area
This hotel would have been a lot more appealing if it was in a nicer part of town. It seems like most of the area near the boardwalk was kind of sketchy, lots of homless and run down apartments. Our room was very clean and pretty updated with hardwood floors, but the toilet did run in the middle of the night. Its about a 20min walk to the beach, but I would suggest you drive there and pay for parking. The breakfast they provide is pretty good, which includes waffles, fruit, and oatmeal.

Stay out of downtown, there is not much to do. All the good attractions are near the warf.
