Disappointed with Front Desk
I booked 2 rooms both for three night stay. I found out that the 2nd room had a problem with their refrigerator - it wasnt getting cold plus the knob to turn up was missing. So, I went to the front desk to request a replacement. The lady at the desk said we would get a replacement before we returned back to the room. We arrived back to the room hours later and it wasnt replaced. Her shift was over - so we had to deal with the manager. When I asked about the replacement refrigerator for the room, he mentioned that he came to the room while we were away and turned up the temperature on it. He must have used pliers because there was no way to turn it up. He said if it didnt work properly that he would personally replace the refrigerator. Needless to say, he came to replace it - unwillingly I might add. If the front desk doesnt want to help the customers, then what is the purpose of them being there? If the manager didnt want to bring another refrigerator, then they should have properly working appliances or gave us another room. I wasnt happy about the customer service, but I would stay there again for the price and I would hope they sharpen up their people skills!

As you check in your room, inspect appliances to see if they are in working order. That way, if there are problems, you can get them taken care ASAP.

quiet place to stay staff friendly
We were there 4 nights 5 days. Housekeeping very prompt to clean room, and put clean bedding on. Staff friendly, a quiet environment would stay there again if need be.

Wasnt expecting the ritz. clean rooms. easy access to Jackson.Stayed three days...no problems. definitely would stay there again.
