Great location, poor hotel
Great location steps away from palais des papes and charming pedestrian zone. Dirty. We almost walked out, but for 1 night we handled it. We didn’t shower, bathroom looked that bad. We slept clothed, since sheets were thin and we weren’t confident about mattress. And I am not a picky spoiled traveler either... Friendly front desk (except for the woman who was on duty when we checked in who was extremely unfriendly.) Late check out was no problem. Price was right, but I wouldn’t recommend

Good location, small rooms and elevators
Friendly staff, Avignon is so petite that everything is conveniently located, the room and the elevator were very small, but clean.

Don’t book a stay at this hotel!
We stayed in several hotels during this trip to France and were fortunate with all except the Reggina hotel. The experience was bad from the moment we approached the front desk clerk who was completely unfriendly. The room we were given was tiny, filthy, and smelled of sewer gases. I approached two front desk clerks and was told both times there was nothing they could do and that I should just be glad it was only for one night - literally this is what we were told. My husband and I were both so bothered by the condition of the room that we slept in our cloths on top of our travel blankets which we laid out on the bed using our travel pillows. Needless to say we did not get much sleep and refused the 11 euro per person breakfast they offered. As a final bit of bad luck with the place the validated note provided which was to save us 40% on parking was useless as the parking garage is automated taking credit cards with no person available to provide the discount. We strongly recommend that you avoid this hotel in your visit to Avignon!
