Weekend in Boca
Another outstanding stay at the Hilton. From check-in to departure everything went smoothly. The only issue I had was with the hostess at the breakfast buffet. Just a bit of an attitude probelm and not the most sanitary person on the staff. I saw her coming out of the kitchen with something in her mouth, probably grabbed a peice of bacon or something and was finishing it off. As I looked up she was wiping her mouth with her hand and to finish it off she used the collar of her shirt! Just not something you want to see while you are enjoying a good breakfast! I consider it a severe breach of kitchen protocol, besides being down-right unsanitary! Conversely, the wait staff and the two chefs working the made to order line were all extremely professional and most helpful!

Perfect Privacy
The two-room setup gives you the freedom to individually select sleep/read/TV/work. Also, just found the self-service laundramat on the 2nd floor. IDEAL. One of our favorite hotels because of its layout.
Buy your laundry detergent outside the hotel, or overpay in their vending machine.

UNFRIENDLY STAFF
This Hotel is excellent for a stay in Boca Raton, unfortunately the staff was not the best in my case. As soon as I arrived I was asked for a credit card (eventhough I prepaid the room) thinking of possible incidental charges I gave it to the person and he continue the process, after a few minutes this guy gave me the keys to the room and said to me "ok, done" that’s when I ask about my credit card and this guy said to me "I already gave it to you", to put the story short another lady from the hotel staff had to come to "find" my card, and top of it not even a "sorry". Then when I get to the room I realized there was no crib, eventhough I requested it on the reservation and again at the check-in. So I called and request the crib again, and after arriving that night with my family, surprise... NO CRIB... Here we go again, finally around 12:00 pm with my one year daughter crying the crib finally arrived. Other "details" about the hotel: the "waiters" at breakfast, if you can call them waiters without insulting waiters, most of them were rude with my me and my kids, I guess the don’t like babies and strollers, so I had to withstand long faces for almost a week, go figure. On the other side the Hotel is beautiful and the rooms are great, too bad the charge for the wi-fi
