It could use some TLC
It’s a great location, but the hotel could use a good cleaning. There was something spilled on the walls inside of the main elevator and someone had scratched graffiti into the panels. They had a shortage of hand towels. I had to ask for 2 even though I had two people in my room. Kudos to the breakfast buffet: they had hard-boiled eggs. However, when it was time for the breakfast to close, the woman attending it was kind of abrupt. She could use some people skills training.

Changes
I stay here often: 1. The staff is more customer friendly than in the past. The are doing something right in the service training area. 2. The continental breakfast has lessened in quality over the years. Less fruit; no yogurt; overcooked eggs; less juice choices to state some particulars. But....convenient for my needs in the area, so I’ll return for sure!
