pleasantly surprised
i recall read a few negative reviews of this hotel, but was really impressed by the condition of my room, the pool & the breakfast area. highly recommended, would stay again.

Could have been better
The air conditioner in our room was broken. We called on the first day and was assured it would be fixed. It was not. They didn’t offer to switch our room until the last day we were there. There was also one full day when there wasn’t any hot water and no one could shower. The service was terrible and their "free breakfast buffet" did not have a good selection. We were very upset with our stay.

Our Home in Denver
We always stay at this hotel when we are in Denver - it’s our home away from home. Everyone is great; free breakfast and the rooms are very roomy and comfortable.
