Not a 4 star hotel
It was not until I was taken in to see a manager that my reservation was "located". For a supposed 4 star hotel, the facilities were sadly lacking. There was not even a secondary lock on the room’s door. In addition, there was mold in much of the grout in the bathroom. For a room on the 11th floor, there was quite a bit of street noise. I expected better glazing.
