Not our best stay at this hotel
We showed up form a 6 hour car ride to find out that the hotel didn’t have a room for us even though we booked a month in advance. It took them an hour and a half to figure out which room they could put us in and then had to re-key the locks since they have not upgraded to the credit card system like every other hotel. By the time that was all done and we could get in our room, we had missed our plans for the evening. The continental breakfast has been severely downside since last year and I would guess that is because the economy, but when we arrived they were turning people away since they had no rooms avaiable. I would think a full hotel would mean success! Not the case with this hotel.
Good location, but seems to be having trouble with the staff and keeping up with the business.
