No hot water - staff could not explain and did not care.
I was told to speak with a manager when there was no hot water and that the manager would not be there until later in the morning or first thing the next morning. The next morning the manager was not there and the front desk people could not be any more less helpful. The chair in the room was broken down and leaned. I should have slept in my car.
