Nice hotel close to everything

Have always wanted to stay in this hotel but the price kept me away until I got an Expedia special deal. Very nice hotel and the room was great. Finding the parking garage is a bit tricky though. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous Spot

I stayed here with a group of friends for a Girls weekend and we had a wonderful time. The staff were very helpful, we were given adjacent rooms with no fuss, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. It’s a great location, close to shopping areas, the hop on & off tram stops right outside the door, good restaurants, coffee all close by.

Very comfortable hotel

The hotel was very clean, friendly and walking distance to shopping and the beach. Room were some what small, but very clean, updated, great views and comfortable. My children took advantage of the pool was great. My husband took advantage of the gym, which had updated machines and the sauna was very clean. Room service had a large selection with generous portions and delivery was half the time expected. I would return and recommend this hotel to anyone. -Very Satisfied Family.

Pool closes at 10pm, we went at 9pm and it was packed. So go early. There’s a starbuck at the bottom lobby... I noticed after we walked blocks.

Great place to stay!

This hotel is beautiful and in the middle of downtown. It has many ammenities to offer and is close to local restaurants, banks and not a far drive from the park. For me, one of the most important features of a hotel is if the bed is comfortable and if the bedding is clean and comfortable. This hotel met my standards on all of that! I recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel!

We requested an early check-in and a room as high as possible. They really came through for us. We had a beautiful view of the city and mountains. Terrific location, close to everything. In the future, we will definitely return to the Sheraton Wall Centre.

Convenient for people com ing off a cruise

There are two towers at this hotel. The rooms in the tower we stayed in are ready for updating and renovation. Hotel staff great--we needed extra pillows. The pillows were brought to us immediately. The airconditioner in the room did not work--they fixed it while we were sight seeing. Very conveneinet location for restaurants and getting off a cruise ship. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Downtown by everything! Everything was super clean and everybody was very nice! Great price for the hotel and on a weekend!!! Definitely will stay there again!

Great place to stay!

The staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful. I had a very late check in and even though it was nearly midnight, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a very easy check-in.

Location is superb, modern, room is great, stayed in North tower, view sucked but only becuase we got 8th floor. Dont go to spa, thats the only weak spot of this place, not so clean. other than that its a 4 star hotel....

Very nice hotel in a perfect location.

Loved the location--we could walk to everything. Taxis also easy to catch when need be. Starbucks in the lobby is very convenient. Our room was lovely and we had an amazing view.

Having enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton on my first trip to Vancouver in 2001, I quickly made the reservation thinking I was getting a good deal. However, this experience was quite different. Let me state the positives first because I like to look at the brighter side of things. Since my daughter has food allergies, I made a special request for a microwave for the food we were carrying for her. I was pleasantly surprised to see the microwave there when we entered the room. The room did not meet our expectations in any other way, it was very small with a very noisy air conditioner that was very difficult to ignore. We finally had to turn it off to get some rest. The restaurant took almost an hour to serve us breakfast and it was the first time, I have tipped below 15% anywhere, so you can imagine how dissatisfied I was. I would have rated the hotel much lower but for the fact that they did provide us with the much needed microwave.

Not for families unless you get a family suite. There is very little place in the traditional room. This should work well for a business traveler as it has a nice location.

Great Location

We were pleased with the warm welcome we received at the entrance and the desk. The room was comfortable and the price a good value for a downtown hotel. The only shocker was the parking fee; $30 for overnight parking is quite steep.

The Vancouver Trolley is an excellent way to learn about the city. We liked the option to get on and off to see specific attractions, but at times the wait for another trolley was too long. If you use the trolley, make sure you go for 2 days as there is too much to see in one day. Same price for two days.

A quality hotel in the heart of the city

We had a room in the main hotel for 2 nights. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The main hotel has all the rooms close to the elevator, so occasionally you will hear the elevator "bing" at night. Very close to all the activities and walking distance to everything fun in Vancouver. Excellent cab service as well.

Nice hotel.

The room is nice. the place we want to see are walking distance. did not enjoy the swimming pool and the hot tub. To many kids and so loud. some other adults did not have a chance to swim.

Very nice

This was a great place to stay in Vancouver. The room was clean and well maintained, and everyone was very nice and helpful! Take advantage of the valet parking for only a few dollars extra, well worth it! The restaurant was very expensive though, we walked to a nice little cafe just around the corner for breakfast.

great location

this hotel has great location, close to everything, price is not bad for this location. The building is kind of confusing and the lobby is tiny and crowded, but the service personal are friendly. I would recommend to anyone who just want a couple of nights stay in downtown area and who spend most of your time explore the city instead of staying at hotel room.

Pretty good, but could have been better.

Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Thats to be expected. 2 minor gripes, 1) Breakfast was overpriced so we ate downtown 2) Wanted 2 single beds for the kids but when asked about a campbed, nearly fainted at the charge. So the kids had to put up with a double.

Comfortable

Comfortable beds and room temp. We had four people in our room and kept getting three towels each night we were there. We got more without problem. We were next to the elevator, my roommates heard the elevator bing throughout the night. Also, there was a couple of cracks in the bathroom. Because I got a really good nights sleep, I would recommend this hotel.
