Enjoyed Bologna
We found the Hotel to be well located, easy to walk to everywhere. A bit difficult to find if driving, make sure to rent a car with GPS!!!Bologna is a wonderful city, we enjoyed it very much and would recommend the Hotel to others. Breakfast, was perfect.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Shopping was very fun. Gelato was fantastic, the best was 1/2 block from the Zanhotel Canal, very dangerous...YUM!

not worth the money. very dark and room itself not very clean. bathroom was newer and clean. breakfast was ok.

Small and nice
This relatively small hotel was very hospitable and nice, and a great location within Bologna. It is relatively close to the train station and in the middle of the core, and near all the local sights, close to restaurants, stores, and other resources. It is quiet, though, and just off one of the principal streets in the downtown core. The staff was very sympathetic and nice, though English was not that strong. Communication still worked, however. Recommended, though I stayed only in a single and the room was small. Air conditioned, too, a necessity in the summer.
