Horrible stay. Incredibly disappointed.
I travel a lot for my business, and this was, in my opinion, by far, the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Here’s why: 1. Rude Front Desk Staff. I kid you not. The attendant was just rude to me for no reason, continually,. and it was so shocking (since this is the "hospitality industry") that I was literally taken aback. I actually had to complain to the manager. Never had to do that before. And after a horrible stay, that just was the straw that broke the camel’s back and moved me to write a review on the other bad things that really put a damper on my stay. 2. No housekeeping. The front desk attendant said there’s only housekeeping if you stay seven days or more. If you want towels, soap, even toilet paper, you have to ask for it at the front desk. 3. I had the most disgusting carpet in my room. I walked on it barefoot and it felt spongy and gross. Then, when I put my white socks on and walked around on the carpet, the bottoms of my socks became filthy. 4. I could hear the people above me walking around really well, which kept me from getting to sleep. 5. The continental breakfast wasn’t very good (horrible bagels). 6. The dishes in the room weren’t very clean. The pans had caked on food in them. Just a really bad experience from beginning to end. (When I was checking in, a woman was complaining about the no housekeeping, and a man about the pool being closed. That should have warned me.)

Excellent stay!
Great location, tall trees and a creek are an excellent buffer for freeway noise, frog sounds at night made me feel like I was in the country! Very clean, plan on staying there again when in the area.

Naan N’ Curry, Melrose Grill, La Estacion, Baitong Thai, are all excellent restaurants within a 5 mile radius of the hotel.
