The Resort at Port Arrowhead - Lake Ozark, MO
My wife and I had stayed here on a number of occasions. It had, in a sense, become our "go to" spot in the Ozarks. However, on this trip - the lustre was gone and we actually checked out a day early and found other lodging facilities more to our liking. The toilet in our room ran constantly, there was a brown goo oozing from the top of the toilet tank and the a/c unit was barely able to keep up with the upper 70’s, low 80’s temp. We checked out and the "gen mgr" was a little difficult to deal with in re-structuring the credit - which my wife wanted to apply to an upcoming business trip / convention at the hotel in October. Consequently, she booked elsewhere and this hotel will never receive another dollar from us for the hassle.

Not impressed
The price for the hotel was way too much for the property. We could have stayed at Tan-tar-a for the same amount of money.

Fun and Neat Hotel
I was totally amazed at the number of activities they had there. We stayed on a Friday night - when we returned from dinner we were surprised to see they were having movie night pool side for the children. The hotel room was very clean. The only downside I noticed here is the small space in regards to the shower/restroom. I feel we will visit this hotel again in the future
