very inexpensive, and with full kitchen and living room, plenty of space
Nice suite hotel with easy access to Chicago and airport. Free weekday breakfast is good, and full kitchen was great to have. Would be nice to have room cleaning service offered, we stayed 5 days and would have had to been there a week for the room to be cleaned during our stay. Very inexpensive and a good way to save money. Staff is very friendly

Wish it had a pool!
The room was great for a family; it had a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove & dishwasher. There are no ice machines in the hotel, so be sure to make some in the refrigerator. The only complaint we had was that it is listed as having a pool. There was an outdoor hot tub that was not working, so the kids were pretty disappointed after a long day of sightseeing.

Poor Management
I arrived after hours to a note stating my information was in a keylocked safe inside the front door. The lobby was locked. The code I’d been given did not work and I was forced to wait for the night manager to let me into a room. It took me an hour and a half to go from the front door into a room, which wasn’t the room I’d booked. Though the night manager was pleasant enough, I was shocked to find he had no paperwork on my stay. If he had, the whole process would have been easier and I’d have been given the appropriate room for the night. It was pulling teeth.
