Good value, no frill
The best part of this hotel for business traveler is that it has a laser printer in the lobby which you can go to an URL address and upload your document and go to the lobby to pick it up.

Very disappointed
Unfortunately the main features of a hotel that I was looking for were all lacking: 1. Pool - was closed. 2. Breakfast - consisted of a few rubber plain bagels in a plastic case, cream cheese, coffee with only half-and-half (no milk), green apples and not fully ripe bananas. The room was a converted closet, so you’d have to juggle your "food" up to your room. 3. Fitness room - old, tired treadmill and stair climber and a couple of 20 lb.dumbells (propping open the door) is all there is. 4. Room - was OK, but old and tired. Cracked kitchen floor. 5. Bath - There was a film in the tub, so it was not inviting to take a bath. 6. No NESN cable channel for Boston Red Sox baseball games. This is New England, but the cheapskate decision was apparently made in Corporate HQs. 7. In general, the whole facility needs updating. 8. The advertised wireless connection is an extra charge.

not my idea of home away from home
the lobby smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and the fridge door handle was broken. Broken tiles in the bathroom and minimal towels for 2 people. for the same rate we would have had full maid service and a cleaner room at 3 other locations within walking distance
