Hyatt Summerfield Suites
This hotel was great - it could be outstanding if they only fixed a couple of small things. Firstly, there are no elevators, and I had to haul our bags up and down to the third floor. While there was help offered at check-in, there was apparently nobody available at our early morning check-out. (I asked the night before). Secondly, upon check-in, I had to sign a paper stating I wouldn’t have a party...never had to do that before and thought it odd, but on Sunday afternoon at the pool, a group of at least 30 people showed up and basically took over the pool - to where I had to take my small daughter out of the pool due to the rough play going on. I also had to call the front desk at about 10:00 pm to ask them to quiet it down at the pool area...maybe there is a history of these parties, and that is why I was asked to sign the paper. Other than that, we loved the hotel. We will definitely stay there again, and I hope they can work out the couple of issues I mentioned.
If you have kids and/or alot of luggage, make sure you get a suite on the first floor. If you need an early bedtime, make sure it is a room that doesn’t face the pool/patio area.

ONE OF THE BEST
MY HUSBAND, MYSELF AND 3 KIDS STAYED HERE FOR ONE NIGHT BUT OMG IF WE COULD HAVE STAYED MORE I WOULD HAVE. FREE BREAKFAST WAS OFF THE HOOK. GREAT CHOICES, FLAT SCREENS N DININGROOM FOR KIDS AND ADULTS, POOL WAS GREAT. KITCHENS WERE FULLY STOCKED WITH ALL DISHES AND HOTEL EVEN OFFERED SHOPPING SERVICES. IN HOUSE MINI MARKET WAS GREAT. THIS IS A DEFINATE MUST STAY AGAIN. A+++ 2 ROOM SUITE WAS HUGE....
