Nice hotel-great location
I stayed in this hotel for one week and was very happy with my experience here. The room was clean, the kitchenette and laundry facilities were very handy, the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent-very easy to hop on I-5 from here. Mall is right across the street. I would definately stay here again! My only complaint would be that the vending machine was out of order. Other than that, this is a nice place that I would recommend to anyone.
Traveler's tip on shopping
For groceries, I recommend the Safeway on 38th street; open 24 hours and easy to get to. Also, visit the Tacoma Glass Museum and the Washington State Historical Museum in downtown Tacoma.

Love this place!
My husband and I are continually impressed with this hotel. It is quiet, clean and very comfortable. The personnel is friendly and efficient. In the competitive market that is the Seattle-Tacoma, the price is also right. We have occasion to visit relatives in Tacoma often, and we prefer staying at this hotel when we come.
