Great staff
We stayed in Oglethorpe Room, which was spacious and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff provided much information and service with respect to local attractions, directions, etc. Breakfasts were varied and delicious.

Owens-Thomas house in Savannah and Magnolia Plantation and Gardens near Charleston were our favorite sites.

Would go back in a heart beat.
What an incredible place. People freindly, rooms great, house elite, breakfast A+++ rating and the cheese and wine in the afternoon up and beyond enjoyable. Very knowledgable Staff. Made it easy to get around and see the attractions that we were interested in. Always wanted to stay in an old home in the South. This establishment met my expedations.

Take the 90 mintue trolley tour. They will give you a map. Mark the attractions that you are interested in along the way and then go back after the tour. It saves time and foot work. Get the pass that allows youto get off and on.
