The hotel was very reasonably priced. The rooms were large with separate sleeping and lounging areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Roomy and friendly and very helpful

This hotel was great except for one small detail. The room was very large w/fridge and micro and a big easy chair to watch tv in. However the very nice desk and office chair went to waste since the wi-fi was not working in the rooms....had to go to the lobby to use my laptop. Breakfast was good with a fresh hot waffle. In room coffee was much better than most. The hotel is not brand new but they had shuttle service to the airport...I really appreciated that. Overall very nice stay.

Hotel is excellent. Will stay many more times. Carpets needs replacing in some of the rooms other than that it was great!

economical place to stay

The hotel could use an update in regards to furniture and carpeting. For our purposes, it suited us just fine since we were not spending alot of time there anyway.

Horrible beds

Hotel is in an excellent location and a good price but the rooms need to be better maintained and cleaned and the beds are the most uncomfortable beds that I have ever slept on. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past few months because of its price and location but will probably pay more next time for a hotel with better accomodations in the same area.

Not worth the price

The hotel is just ok and doesnot justify the price of a nights stay that they charge. Its quite old, the beds are old and cheap, the bathroom is small, the tv is from the 80s and falling apart..........basically it all needs to be redone. And its not really a suite. Breakfast was hot, and the wireless internet was reasonably fast

Service Terrible

Alarm clock next door went off all 4 days at 4am and we contacted the staff every single day. The last day the lady said "I’m sorry but there is nothing I can do right now". Group of staff was making fun of a Senior Citizens group that was meeting in the lobby when we went to pick up our client for dinner. Assinign . . .

Our stay at Jameson of Little Rock

My family and I stayed in this hotel the week of Thanksgiving. We chose this hotel because it was close to the interstate. For the price we paid it was a great value. The four of us got a good night’s sleep and a full breakfast the next day. The staff was great.

Great for overcrowed house at Thanksgiving

We needed space as mom’s house overflowed with children and grandchildren. It was a welcome island of calm during the busy holiday weekend. Breakfast was good.

Not impressed

The lobby was the only thing i was impressed in i could have taken my pillow and spent the night there. Carpet was so very nasty that should have been the first sign, elevator and hallway was so smokey that i could barely catch my breath. One of the persons that was in my party got stuck in there hotel room, door had to be kicked down to let people out. the next morning ac caught on fire, lights went out,manager did not come to see what was going on

Best bang for your buck with small children

I traveled to LR with my daughter and 2 small children for an appt at Children’s hospital. Jameson Suites is close to all the medical facilities so this was our second stay there. The rooms are big enough (partially partitioned area)with sleep sofa, frig,sink,table,micro so that the kids have room to play. Also close to eating places. The rooms, although clean enough, are ready for an update. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. All things considered for our purpose in LR we were happy with our rooms. We will stay there again. Did not have a chance to check out the pool.

Roomy enough for you and small children (plenty of room for a portable crib)and for the size of room you can save money compared to other places around if you are not looking for new and stylish.

Good option for the price.

There was plenty of room as a suite and the facilities were fine. The free breakfast was also a nice perk. Well located with restaurants in close driving distance. I would recommend it for a short business stay. Free Internet access is also a huge plus.

Will definately stay here on next trip

Staff gives you the feeling they are there to make your stay a pleasant one. Breakfast was awsome.

Needs work!!

My husband and I found that when we got to our door that our keycard would not work....we went to the desk and informed them of the problem. They gave us two new cards...these cards did not work either. The next morning they still had not fixed the problem. My husband had to ask two more times throughout the day before they got the problem resolved. There was also a very strong mold/mildew smell in our room.

Pictures can be deceiving...

I would definitely liken this place more to a Motel 6 than to your average hotel. The breakfast was nice (though not as nice as the pictures looked!) but the rooms were small and dirty. We were not given what we paid for (two queen beds instead of one king), the shower drain was clogged, my daughter’s feet were filthy from walking around the room for five minutes, the sheets were uncomfortable (not to mention that we didn’t even have a fitted sheet on the bed!), housekeeping came knocking on our door at 9...etc. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but next time we’ll definitely pay the extra $20 to stay somewhere cleaner.

Skip this hotel. Find one that is clean, secure and quiet

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. I would never return, not even if I were paid to do so. Upon entering, I noticed immediately that the carpeting was ragged and dirty. No one advised me that the hotel was being renovated, so hotel patrons were re-routed to a tiny cubby hole to sign in. There was an awful chemical smell that permeated the hallway and my room. Noise was quite loud with the sound of children running through the hallway above. The hotel was very short on amenities. I would never invite guests to visit me there -- it was a supreme embarrassment. Don’t stay at this hotel if you want a true hotel experience (i.e., comfort, quiet, security, etc.)

This hotel has very stained carpet in the public areas, but the room was very clean and in great working order. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding! Would stay again!

Hotel located in nice area of Little Rock

Nice hotel staff. Nice hotel for the price. Nice location. They are in the process of renovating the hotel. So the lobby was not being used but no problem. I would stay again.

Don’t eat at Mimi’s like the other reviews suggested. It was a horrible experience. Cold chewy steak and very slow service.
