Good for families with young children
Bar, restaurant and recreation stafff were all very good and would definitely suggest this hotel for families with children who need ’time out’ for themselves after the parks. However for middle aged couples without children and who require comfortable and stress free vacation I would not recommend it. Room cleaning and general husbandry is an optional extra which was not explained to us prior to our trip and cost extra each day.

Fantastic
Everything about this hotel is incredible. The staff was pleasant and accomodating. I especially liked the security at the facility. There was plenty of shopping nearby, so we were able to stock the kitchen with groceries from the nearby Publix. It was really nice at the end of a long day to come back to the hotel room and fix a nutritious meal. We all sat around the table and ate and enjoyed one another’s company. It was like home away from home but better.

Great
we booked a 2 bed 2 bath from Nov. 3rd -7th, my husband and I and our 11 year old son. Used the kitchen a lot, which saved us from eating out all the time. However, there is plenty around within only 15 minutes. Publix was a 3 minute drive, also some outlet stores. The hotel gave directions to various attractions and stores and also gave an estimated price list for cab rides. We rented a car. Went to City Walk and Downtown Disney and found our way around no problem. They offer shuttles to Disney parks, but at specific times. Washer and dryer were great, came home without much laundry. Would pack less clothing next time. They gave separate pool towels. Pool always had activities going on (nominal fee) We played BINGO poolside, and won use of a cabana for the next day. Gym had the basics. They did not hound us about getting into the time share. Some of the common areas need updating, but the resort was very clean; especially the room. The screened in balcony was great. Ate some meals out there. My son loved this place so much, we never left the resort during the day. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. My husband broke a pyrex pan and measuring cup, and they were going to replace it no charge. Would recommend, and will definitely return.
