Excellent hotel, better than its 3-star rating
I stayed for 3 nights in a normal room/suite. The room was amazing and all we could ask for in a 3 star hotel. It also looked so brand new we had to ask how old the hotel was (3 years). The only downside is that the Expedia booking did not include breakfast and they wanted a rip-off 13 EUROs each for that. They did provide free coffee and cake though.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
You can catch the U-Bahn (subway) by walking a couple of blocks to the Alta Heide station. From there to can get to any location in Munich for a EURO or two. BMW’s complex is a 20 minute walk straight down the main street from the hotel, or you can take the U-bahn Olympia Park station.

great design!
this is a hotel with a lot of personality! nice room design,great bathroom, big, spacious room, great bed...the ’suite box’ is a sort of a pay tv, but here it’s free, awaiting with interesting movies, internet radio, music and more!a room to remember! we were so happy with it, and the city, that we stayed 1 extra night....

travel by train....the parking is a nightmare...but be careful to buy the right ticket..

Good Family Hotel
The room was spacious enough for us. We have 2 kids ages 1 & 8. Room had a microwave, fridge, and AC! which came in handy. The beds were a little on the firm side, but it is Europe they are not all about pillow top. Subway was within walking distance. There was not alot to do nearby, its located in a business area.
