Great location and a better price
quaint, but comfortable. Great way to stay in the big apple when you don’t need a 5 star price.

served the purpose (1 night stay)
I phoned the hotel twice early in the day before checking in to get information...left a message...they never called back...when we came to check in...no one there...only a phone number ..when we called ...they told us to find the key under an outside air conditioner.The TV didn’t work but no one to ask for help. Next AM had to shout down into the basement for continental breakfast...they did bring it to our room and it was fine. The facility and services did NOT match the website’s description.

It’s New York after all.
Pluses: The hotel is in a great location. The young folks at the front desk were very helpful and personable. There is a breakfast delivered to your room. Minuses: It is not as sparkly clean as it might be and it was expensive but then again, reasonable by New York standards. I’d stay there again but I would still wish that it were cleaner and cheaper.
