Can not believe it got 2 stars
This hotel was an utter disappointment. Although I had booked this hotel in April for our August arrival, the 2 requests we made could not be met. Our smoking rooms were non existent and having 2 rooms together was equally impossible. After checking in I inquired about getting a wake up call for the following morning since we had an early flight and was told "We don’t do that". Since my teenage sons were staying the the other room, I thought okay well at least I can call them by phone. I did not want them to leave their room at all since it didn’t feel like the safest hotel either. However I came to find out the phones did not work either. I have stayed a lot of places and have worked for 2 prominent hotel companies, this place was the pits. My room had 2 double beds which was fortunate since the first bed I attempted to lay down in had several long dark hairs in it. (I am blonde.) Not only would I never stay here again I would be reluctant to frequent this chain again.
