You have other choices
Finding the hotel was difficult at the beginning because of location (kind of hidden street). Location was very good nearby the metro and bus stop. Tiny room but I think normal for Paris standards. The place is really small but staff was very helpful all the time. Elevator was also for one person and one suitcase, very small.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Buy the Navigo Decouverte Pass for one week even though you are a tourist (sometimes they are reluctant to sell it to you, but insist). Use buses as much as you can (less walk and much more sightseeing). Do not take metro and train from airport to hotel if you carry a suitcase, it will become your worst nightmare (many stair in metro). There is one restaurant Bistro Romain Poccardi on first floor four blocks near hotel with great menu for a very reasonable price.

A great place to stay!
It is our second stay in this hotel, and the service is as always excellent. The location in unbeatable, with everything nearby. Quiet and charming, this hotel will stay on our favorites list.

A friendly charming place
We really enjoyed the friendly athmosphere and the location. Everything is nearby! The metro and bus stops are 200 yards away, and yet the hotel is in a very quiet street. Our room was spotless and we enjoyed the smorgasbord breakfast. Internet is available, but we did not use it. Overall, we had a great stay in this small hotel and will go back on our return trip to Paris.
