Good value.
Rooms are comfortable, big (which is rare in Japan) and spotless clean, hotel is very near the train station and not too far from the city center. Zilch on the charm side but hey, that’s what most "business hotels" are about. And if you book well in advance, prices are cheap (at least, cheap in Japanese terms). All in all, very good value for your money. It wouldn’t hurt, though, if staff spoke better English...
