Casa Del Alfarez
This was my first time in Cali Colombia and this hotel has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff is excellent and they catered to all my needs. The food was great and room service was always very timely with my orders. The location of the hotel is also very nice, not in the middle of the main Cali drag but close enough to get to the action. I will be back

Impressed
I stayed in hotel while visiting family. Staff was very nice and courteous. Location of hotel is very accesible to everything from the best restaurants,bars and malls. Only bad experience was with heat. We went sduring hot season and A/C in rooms a a while to cool off room. Once it cools down everything else was excellent. One other thing. When you get a double room beds are actually a twin size. Although very comfortable.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
you have to visit Panaca and Parque del Cafe.

Very pleased with this hotel
The hotel was excellent, very clean and well maintained. The employees were always in a very good mood and paying attention to all details. Breakfast (included with hotel price)was very good. If I go to Cali again, I will definitely return to the Mercure Hotel.
