2 star hotel, 4 star quality
The room is clean and cozy. The people at front desk tried their best to help you. Free high-speed Internet service is reliable. The TV has at least 40 channels. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Mall, bank, grocery store.

Good hotel in the heart of Ottawa’s down town
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was very clean and quiet hotel right in the heart of downtown. The american embassy was less than a mile and the rideau center is right next to the hotel. There are all kindsa restaurants across the street, the hotel staff was very courteos and provided us a complementary refridgerator and a microwave up on request. Over all a little expensive hotel but I was completely satisfied. The hotel has underground parking which is a boon in the brutal winters.

Great Location, Nice view
This is a great place to stay for a reasonable price. The view was great for us.
