The BEST Hotel in Italy
If you are going to Italy, especially the Naples area, this is THE place to stay. The rooms are wonderful, the people are the best. Everyone that works there treats you like you are a part of their family. The food was the best I have ever tasted. Everything is very clean. The hotel is even popular with the locals, so you know that it is a great place to be.

trapped
We had a car and still felt trapped. There is no way to walk to anywhere or anything nearby. Driving and parking nearby also a nightmare. Shuttle service was an afterthought and not prompt. Staff spoke little English contrary to website’s claims. We dealt with 3 clerks in lobby, two were quite nice and tried to be helpful, one not so much. The staff seemed to be geared more towards wedding parties then to guests. Kitchen was just so so. Views were great, but that is all that was great.

Stay somewhere else. In fact stay in Sorrento.
